Return and refunds

Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or gets lost in transit. Returns will not be accepted if you dislike a scent.

If the product arrives damaged or is lost, please notify us within 7 days.

If the product is damaged, please send a picture to us and we will issue a refund within 7 working days.


We reserve the right to amend prices at any given time without notice.


Delivery times are subject to change during busy periods. We aim to dispatch within 7 days but sometimes it may be a little longer.
